Registering that number via the link in the manual is how Zpao notifies you of free safety replacements (e.g., upgraded brake pads or a controller box cover).

Power dies for 1 second, then returns. Cause: Loose connection in the 9-pin motor connector (located near the rear axle). Fix: Unplug the yellow/black junction. Apply dielectric grease.
