Twenty years after its original release, Romance of the Three Kingdoms VIII has been revived in spectacular fashion. Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake is a full-scale remake of the beloved historical simulation from Koei Tecmo, developed by the legendary Kou Shibusawa team, and released on Nintendo Switch alongside PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Windows in October 2024. This remake builds upon the base game plus all extra content from the original Power-Up Kit, delivering the largest number of officers and scenarios in the series' history.
